Alexa came & did my yearly inspection on my furnace... very respectful of my home ..neat and thorough. Alexa was very friendly & professional...I would recommend American Star & Alexa for any of your a/c and heating services...I have previously used American Star for replacing both my furnace & air conditioner and obviously wouldn't be using their service if they didn't have good service.
