We thank you for sharing your positive experience. It made our day.
Chuck was great. He explained everything in detail so I understood what the issue was with my A/C. It is working now but there is a leak. He put dye in the system to pinpoint the leak. He said it would take a few weeks for the dye to go through the system. I like it if Chuck could be the repair person for my follow up appointment.
Thank you Chuck for coming out today! He was very thorough with our yearly maintenance and explained everything and answered all my questions. I would always recommend American Star for their services and knowledge!
