We've been with American Star for over 30 years. Over the years the service people have all been excellent. However Chuck was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He showed us things about our system we had no knowledge of and showed us how we could get our electronic cleaning system to work after many years of non use. Great guy. I'm going to request him for spring when we have the A/C checked.
