I came home from a hospital stay to find my water heater leaked. I called American Star & they had Chris come over within an hour. Chris determined it needed to be replaced & went & picked up my new one & installed it without any issues. A job well done by Chris Schaffer. I would dry recommend American Star.

Very reasonable pricing, friendly service from scheduling to maintenance. I had an emerging problem during my visit, a gas leak. They were able to take care of this problem right away and avoid many other problems. They worked with me to take care of it right away, and the cost was very reasonable.

Had my one year anniversary/yearly check up on my brand new furnace and humidifier and Adam C who came by to service them was awesome. he told me everything was in perfect working condition still and anything that I need to get done he would put on his notes for the next yearly service call.

Saved the day for us. Very lint filled dryer stack... was causing our clothes dryer to not dry our clothes ... could not use and getting someone out here and right away... American Star was able to help. There was no clean up as they went into the attic to clean down and up or off the stack. Thank you, Thank you!! Alexa & Chuck... my heroes.
