I have been a American Star customer for many years. I have never been unhappy with their service or technician. Adam the technician that I usually have he is really good. He tells me when a new product comes out that would be a good replacement for my old one. He's explains things tells me what's going on with furnace and air conditioner, if they okay. I would recommend American Star. I did recommend them to a friend of mine and they were happy with service and people they dealt with.
