I've had nothing but great experiences with American Star. Earlier this morning I realized that the time I had set for today's appointment would not work. I called and the person who answered made the necessary time change politely and efficiently. Chuck came out to do a routine check of our A/C and kept me informed throughout his inspection. He also noted a potential issue arising with our water heater in the future but applied no pressure whatsoever for us to replace it now. Highly recommended!!!
