We have been using American Star for 8 years and have been very satisfied with their service. We have also referred them to family and friends. They are very trustworthy and do not use high pressure tactics. We recently had our heating;, air conditioning, thermostat and water heater replaced by them. Everyone at the company including Meagan in the office, the senior service advisor Mark, and the installers Chris C., Joe A., Adam, Evan, and Joe were very friendly yet professional. They were very interactive with us and explained everything throughout the whole process.

The visit was absolutely incredible. Scott came into the house very polite. He was very knowledgeable. I had no concerns once he started his job. I felt safe and was able to watch the process at any given moment. Cleaning the furnace and coming to inform me of some information that could be improved to increase a better functional furnace. No pressure given at the time to complete the extra work. He provided additional information and I would definitely recommend American Star.

Joe, Dan and Chris installed our new Bryant Evolution Furnace and Heat Pump. They courteous, polite and professional. They were respectful of our residence by wearing booties while inside our home. The system operation was reviewed when the work was completed. I’ve used American Star for more than 30 years and will continue to do business with exceptional company. Kudos to this team of technicians and their support team.

Scott is the best. He has been really good with seasonal cleanings. He explains things very well and patiently answers all my questions. Today he came after another technician had been here to replace a part. I had some questions and he came and thoroughly checked that everything was working properly and answered my questions. Also, everyone that I talked to in the office had great attitudes. They really wanted to help.
