Outstanding work and response time! Chuck came from American Star in very cold weather. Our furnace was as cutting out. American Star had a tech to our house in less than an hour. Chuck was thorough, professional, knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. Then he went a step further to check vents and thermostat to make sure the entire system was working! We give American Star and Chuck our highest recommendation!

My annual air conditioning maintenance was easily scheduled for a day in June. Chuck was the tech and arrived within the time frame I was given. He has been here a few times for AC, furnace maintenance and dryer vent cleaning. Always courteous and professional.

Joe and Dan were absolutely wonderful! They were polite, hardworking, and extremely conscientious. They left not a single spot behind—everything was super clean! They took the time to explain every detail of the work they were doing.
