Had Chuck over for the second time and this was our third tech, overall, coming over to fix our AC unit in the last 18mos (so have had five or six trips here now where our 18mo old AC has just stopped working). The first two techs just "bypassed" the AC's system from inside the unit, itself, and said they didn't know what the issue was. Chuck, however, checked out everything, thought he figured out the problem, ordered a part that would help with the AC shutting down and explained everything step-by-step. He also helped go through our Ecobee settings to give our place the desired temperature while maintaining how the AC unit functions outside. We very much appreciated his service and taking the time to walk through everything and answer any questions we had.
