Chuck was great. He explained everything in detail so I understood what the issue was with my A/C. It is working now but there is a leak. He put dye in the system to pinpoint the leak. He said it would take a few weeks for the dye to go through the system. I like it if Chuck could be the repair person for my follow up appointment.
