Chuck serviced our furnace and was one of the best I've ever had. He asked me if I had any issues of getting heat in all the rooms and I told him I have always had that problem. He showed me how to direct more heat to that part of my home from the basement. No one ever did that before. He is an asset to your company.

Joe and Dan were awesome! They taught me about some basic maintenance for my new system and made sure to answer any questions I had. Overall the system looks great and they kept everything as clean as they found it.

Chris did a great job on our semi annual tune up. He also explained how to properly use our new Ecobee thermostat and how the new heat pump worked . Lastly, Chris cleaned our dryer vent. American Star always strives for customer satisfaction.

Have been using American Star for a while now and have had no issues on service. They called to move my scheduled appointment for a furnace maintenance up a few days which was great. Alexa the comfort specialist came on time and provided great service. She was fast, clean and answered my questions. She was here this summer for my A/C inspection and again she provided great service.
