We needed a great furnace tune up for winter. We heard some noise from the furnace that was worrying us for these winter cold days.Chuck did a fantastic job, fully explained our furnace parts, and did a thorough inspection job. Thank you for the fantastic tuneup.

Chuck, representing America Star, is a keeper. Fantastic technician and seems like a great person. He did a very good job with the furnace maintenance and repair of furnace issue tenant told us about. Happy tenant makes happy landlord. Going forward we will ask for Chuck.

Chuck is always cheerful And polite. He asked for any problems and then gets in there and gets the job done.. I like the reminders of when to change out the humidifier filter.

Had a hot water tank installed by Chuck and Chris. Both were super. Explained everything thoroughly and were neat and clean. Prompt service. I highly recommend both to do your work. Thank you Chris and Chuck.I highly recommend Chuck. He tuned up my furnace and got the April Air working again. He's very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly.

Chris is an excellent technician & great representative of American Star. He was very thorough, explaining all he was doing for my furnace inspection. He asked several times if I had any further questions. I appreciate his attention to detail & easy to understand explanations. I will definitely be requesting he return for my ac check!
