Chris and chuck remove my old furnace and also install a new furnace for me. I can't believe how fast it took. Both Chris and chuck were very friendly and answered all my questions that I had. They also very, very neat. They also put tarps down. Where they work, so there was no big mess when they finished, they also vacuumed my carpet before they left. I would highly recommend either of them to install your furnace or any other work that you may have

Joe and Dan installed my furnace without mishap.They were polite and through and cleaned up afterwards Highly recommendedChuck reinstalled my Thermostat and finally got sinked to my phone. He did a great job job.Scott did my ac tuneup 8/8 He was very polite and did thorough job He even had suggestions about my duck tampers to give me more cooling upstairsNo other tech has recommended I do this. I would recommend Scott to any one. 5 starsChuck did a good job repairing my furnace which is less than one year old. He had to replace the motor that went bad.Chris came out today and fixed my thermostatHe did a great job and I am totally satisfied with his work.

Adam is the technician I always ask for when making a service call appointment. This month he came out for our semi annual tune up and as usual he was extremely thorough. He looked over the furnace and the outside A/C unit. He gave me some advice on furnace filters and also tested the inside air quality and found it to be acceptable. We always get great service from Adam and American Star. Highly recommended!Once again, Adam came out to service our heating system before the winter (2023). As usual, he was very efficient and I always appreciate his advice, as it helps to get the most out of our furnace.I thought I'd get an early jump on getting our AC prepared for the upcoming summer and as usual I asked for Adam as the technician. He arrived right on the time promised and did a very thorough job cleaning and providing the semi annual maintenance. When he went outside to check the AC unit, he did a great job of checking the unit and cleaning the coils of all of the winter debris that was blown in the coils. We were glad to hear that all was well once again and that shows that the semi annual maintenance Adam preforms every 6 months pays off. Great job as usual!Adam Carlson came out once again for our semi-annual tune up. We always ask for Adam because he knows our system very well and he does an excellent job with the maintenance and advice. This year he also took a look at our water heater. When we are ready for a replacement, I'll contact Adam and set up an appointment with him. As usual, American Star and Adam are both great!As usual, I asked for Adam Carlson to come out for my 2025 summer maintenance check up. Although I was a little late scheduling the appointment this summer, Adam thoroughly inspected the furnace and AC unit and found it to be in good working order. Adam takes his time and, as I watch him, he is totally focused on every step he takes. What I enjoy is that he explains to me everything he did during the inspection. Once again, an excellent job and a good report.My winter maintenance check up was performed in November 2025 and Adam Carlson came out to service my heating system. Once again, the maintenance was performed flawlessly and the system is still running in excellent order. Having Adam out every six months assures me that in all seasons, the system will perform as it should.February 27, 2026 - We had an issue with the furnace appearing to run extra loud, but not always reaching the set temperature very quickly. Because something seemed off, I decided to call American Star to check it out. Chuck was out fairly quickly as the technician. When he arrived, he began by doing the usual check and found that the humidifier filter was leaking water on to the control board. The drain was obstructed and the water did not flow into the drain properly. Chuck spent time drying and cleaning the control board after he cleared the obstruction. What I really liked is that he spent time making sure that the furnace was operating properly, reaching temperature quickly and that no moisture was accessing the control board. A job well done thanks to Chuck!

Chuck and Taivo were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Chuck was able to explain everything that he did with our tankless water heater and walked us throughtroubleshooting. Both were very personable and easy to talk to. Chuck was able to answer all our questions and put us ease! Would highly recommend!!!
