Chris came to service my air conditioner within hours specified. He is knowledge and kind. Answered all questions. Diagnosed the issue right away and repaired. Also went beyond checking heater filter and helped with summer humidifier settings.

Chuck did our Spring air conditioner maintenance and as always the work was done professionallyefficiently and Chuck was courteous as well. He answered all our questions concerning filters systems and also offered us a quote on our aging hot water heater. We have been loyal customers for American Star since the late 1990s.
