Had Chuck over for the second time and this was our third tech, overall, coming over to fix our AC unit in the last 18mos (so have had five or six trips here now where our 18mo old AC has just stopped working).The first two techs just "bypassed" the AC's system from inside the unit, itself, and said they didn't know what the issue was.Chuck, however, checked out everything, thought he figured out the problem, ordered a part that would help with the AC shutting down and explained everything step-by-step.He also helped go through our Ecobee settings to give our place the desired temperature while maintaining how the AC unit functions outside.We very much appreciated his service and taking the time to walk through everything and answer any questions we had.

I've been using American Star for over 10 years for my annual maintenance. They performed an installation of a high efficiency system and multiple few years hot water heaters. Chuck has been very responsive and respectful with all issues and recommendations.

American Star, I have found has always been exceptional, honest and informative. I especially have to say that about my furnace checkup today with Adam. He also gave me a much needed update on my water heater which I knew was needed. Thank you Adam!

Chuck was very polite, understanding of the issue, explained everything as he worked to find the problem and offered several suggestions without any pressure. A very good representative for the company. I will recommend American Star to others because of my experience today. Please let Chuck know that he left his furnace thermometer here and can stop by anytime to pick it up. Please call to tell me when to expect him and I will leave it on my front porch.
