Chris came out for our routine inspection and did an amazing job. He assured us that everything is in good working condition and we're ready for the next season. The best thing about this visit, Chris found a wasp nest hidden in a crevice on out unit. We never would have found it where it was located, thank you Chris!Chris came out for another routine inspection and was super efficient and professional. He reminded us to stay on top of changing filters to help keep everything running smoothly. My curious cat Loki watched Chris very closely and also thinks he did a great job!Chris S came out for a routine inspection. He went above and beyond, changed out our filter, and had some useful tips and tricks, super professional and efficient. Highly recommend!Thank you, American Star! Chris S. helped with the regular checkup of our furnace. Came in and inspected everything and changed out filters. Super professional and very helpful. Answered all my questions without any hesitation. Definitely recommend. 5 Stars.Scheduled another regular checkup for our furnace and we're happy to have Chris S. again. Checked everything to make sure the unit was functioning properly and made sure the filter was new and clean. Very professional. Would recommend.Very happy to continue getting our furnace maintained. American Star always goes well above and beyond. Yesterday my AC and water heater both ran into issues. The team was able to get Adam out same day. He came out during rush hour in the rain and worked until 7:30 PM.. These were really tricky issues, and as usual Adam figured it out! I really cant say thank you enough for helping us out in a pinch yesterday!
