Chris is our saving Grace!!! We had a scheduled maintenance appointment scheduled for today but on Saturday realized one of our two furnaces ( both purchased and installed by American Star) wasn't working. Chris was here within the hour and solved the problem in a short amount of time!! He is always very polite and professional and does an amazing job? I highly recommend Chris and American Star!

Our service expert Chris was awesome, he took his time to figure out what caused the problem of our furnace that was making loud noise. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his profession. We use American Star for both of our townhouse and house for more than a year, we will continue doing business with them.

American Star Total Home Comfort technician Adam C. provided excellent service by quickly discerning the subtle source of the problem, and sharing valuable advice regarding our furnace filter and stand alone vaporizer. I will definitely utilize American Star in the future.

What can I say about Chris Schaaf? Chris has been very eager to get what needed to be done so that a customer can have their furnace in working order. He is also very courteous and respectful. Watching him work was a pleasure. When he completed his task the furnace room looked like he was never there. Clean and proficient is how I would describe Chris.On January 15, 2025 Chris Schaaf R&R the exhaust motor on the furnace in my home.He did an exceptional job. Again he was very polite and explaining the work beingperformed. In a timely manner.

My wife and I give Joe and Dan a big thumbs up 👍🏼 👍🏼. They worked all day non stop till the installation of our new furnace and A/C was completed. Including cleaning up. Totally professional, a big thank you for both of them.Thank you also to Mark for giving us a good deal.
