I would like to Thank Chuck for his work today. Yes! He got my vent fixed that several people have just left out with me in he past 2 years! He is very smart to have figured things out, he is Very thorough, he finishes what he started! He cares what our problem is! No one has ever thought about the setting in the crawl space ! Want easy thing for a big guy to climb there , he did! I can’t tell you how impressed I was !

I have had American Star for close to 30 years and am never disappointed. Chuck serviced my furnace for the season this past week and was tremendous. He was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I am never disappointed with his service.
