I have always had a great experience with hvac system maintenance from American Star. The techs are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable; answer all my questions. Highly recommend. Chris was just here for furnace check up and gave me useful advice about filter change needs.

Chris is an exceptional technician.Very educated, very informative and very honest. He has taken care of our hvac needs like a member of his own family. Gave all the information needed to make the best decision! The house is old and the system was well over 20 years.We decided it was time for a new system. Chris called the office and They got Mark over that day to give us an estimate. Mark was helpful and honest and helped us choose the best product for our needs. Again we were treated as if we have known him forever. We needed to replace both the Furnace and Air and the product and price was excellent! Because it was below zero for days and it was a Friday, Mark got right on the phone with the office to schedule the install. By Monday Joe and Dan were amazing. They could have filled an episode of "This Old House" there expertise in installing a new system in a very old house was top notch!! We're so happy to have this company for our HVAC needs. Plus, Ron who answered our phone calls, was also very professional and personable. It was a great experience working with American Star.

Chuck was friendly, thorough and informative in his check of my furnace. Even though we couldn’t find the source of occasional odor I have when running my furnace I am reassured that it’s not a leak of CO or gas.

Adam was very helpful he did a great job explaining our situation with our AC and what it would cost to replace it and was very helpful in explaining how to direct our airflow through our house vents. Joe and Dan were here today to install our AC. They did a fantastic job both were very polite and helpful I would recommend American Star anytime they also did a great job repairing and patching my plenum Thank You so much

He’s awesome!5/12/25 - Just had our AC tune up done by Adam - terrific as always.10/15/25 - Just had our annual furnace tune up done by Adam - terrific as always.01/28/26 - Chuck and Dan installed a new furnace and AC on 01/20/26. It’s a big job and both of them worked 9 hours non-stop- to complete the install. We really appreciated their commitment and they left the work area spotless. Thanks guys!01/28/26 - Forget to leave a shout-out for Alexa who came to our home on 01/22/26 on short notice and late into the evening. Our first time meeting her and she was diligent in finding the solution - thanks!

I had Scott come out on 01/23/2026 as it was probably one of the coldest days we’ve had in a long time . I think -20 below with the windchill. My furnace blew a fuse which caused me not to have any heat. Scott came out replaced the fuse and did a few other things to my furnace and reset my thermostat. I can’t think American Star enough they have great service and great technician’s. I never have an issue with American Star. Been a customer well over 20 years. Thank you again and I give them all a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. Nickie Juliano
