Scott was very quick to determine which part of my furnace was not functioning properly. He managed to find a replacement part and picked it up and returned to my house in a timely fashion.It was up and running immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Scott.He is the best!Patrick Fleming

American Star was referred to me by a friend through her church group. In the past heating and cooling companies were dishonest, price gouged and took advantage. American Star, owner Chuck & service technician Adam, are very honest, up front and do a great job servicing your furnace and air conditioning units. I have older units that they do a great job maintaining! I highly recommend them!

I've worked with American Star for over six years. I recently replaced my 24 yr. old furnace. Mark did a great job in providing all the information and options to select the correct furnace for our unit. Both Joe and Dan were very friendly and courteous through out the installation. They thoroughly explained exactly what they did and gave excellent operating instructions. They also left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend American Star Total Home Comfort.
