I've been relying on American Star for about 5 years for regular maintenance of my home's older 15+ year old HVAC systems. The technicians that have come out have always been extremely professional, helpful and transparent. In particular, they've serviced my air conditioner and furnace units.In particular, technician Chris S. on multiple occasions has provided my home with excellent service. This Summer, my outdoor air conditioning unit's filters were particularly dirty from pollens in the area, and I appreciated Chris taking significant extra time to thoroughly clean the unit.My parents have been relying on American Star for their own home for around a decade themselves and have been similarly happy enough to have recommended them to me. All around fantastic service!Update 8 months later: I just received a Spring Air-Conditioner tune-up, and I'm happy to report that the service and representatives remain as fantastic as always.

Chris and Scott performed our a/c unit check up and as doing so found an issue with our system on the outside unit that they repaired the frayed and exposed wire as they went above and beyond on our units inspection. We highly recommend these technicians and businesses to take care of ur hvac needs

Chris S came within the timeframe I was given. Easy to talk to and was very helpful in making suggestions with my furnace filter as remodeling in my kitchen will be done soon. Took his time with my air conditioner tune up. Did not hesitate to answer any of questions.
