7/8/25 was our1st time using American Star. They were recommended by previous AC service that is now out of the business. Very pleased with their service. Will not hesitate calling them in the future. Have already recommended them to our new neighbors.

Highly recommend American Star - have used them for close to 10 years now. We subscribe to the maintenance plan which is definitely worth the money - far better to have the furnace and A/C cleaned and working properly than to have to deal with issues when you least expect it. I can always trust Adam to figure out what's going on and recommend the right solution!

I requested Adam again from my previous experience; he is patient, knowledgeable, and he went above what I would have expected for a tune up. He takes his time to explain options both for now and the future, and above all, he is personable, sincere, and kind. He says hi to the kids, too, instead of pretending like they're not there LOL 😉 Thank you for your insight and work, Adam!
