Chris and Scott performed our a/c unit check up and as doing so found an issue with our system on the outside unit that they repaired the frayed and exposed wire as they went above and beyond on our units inspection. We highly recommend these technicians and businesses to take care of ur hvac needs

Chris S came within the timeframe I was given. Easy to talk to and was very helpful in making suggestions with my furnace filter as remodeling in my kitchen will be done soon. Took his time with my air conditioner tune up. Did not hesitate to answer any of questions.

American Star was recommended by my neighbors, and in the year I've been using them, they've given me no reasons to look elsewhere. As a new homeowner, they've been very willing to educate me on all the HVAC stuff I never had to think about before when I was renting, and they're always polite and efficient with their work.My AC unit has been tuned up twice now by Alexa, who I've had loads of questions for but is always happy to answer. I also had by furnace tuned up by Chris, who walked me through all of the details of needed repairs and my options, ultimately convincing me to join the Galaxy Club (American Star's membership program, which I'm happy to be a part of).All in all, looks like the Northwest Suburbs have a great team put together, and I don't see myself going to anyone else while I live here.

Joe, Dan, and Chuck installed my new furnace, AC, and thermostat with no problem. Quiet, courteous, and knowledgeable based on how they worked with each other - like a team getting a job done. Even got my 14 month old to crack a few laughs - ha! A few days in and everything is working great. Would recommend!
