Chuck couldn’t have been nicer and professional. He was very patient explaining to me repeatedly my options. Between Meagan and Chuck I’m sure u know what special employees u have..Suggestion: give them both a raise. I can’t b more satisfied with American Star and Chuck and Meagan. Update: They installed today. The salesman Mark stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was. I had two installers both named Chris. She just like my previous experiences with my American Star Home Comfort staff. My heating/cooling system no longer responded to commands from the thermostat, so I rang up American Star for help. They sent Chris out to check my system and he quickly found the issue with a blown fuse. While he was here he also checked out the AC unit to make sure it was ready for the coming summer season and was very pleasant and informative about things to watch out for with my existing unit. Great tech, great service - glad to have American Star watching over my HVAC gear!

I have used American Star for years. I have found them to be extremely helpful and reliable. Chuck was here today. He arrived during the indicated time period, performed the check of my AC, helped me with the vents, and even petted my attention-seeking dog. Excellent!

Chris S is courteous, very efficient, on time and communicates about the status of the heating and air conditioner system in the house with clear instructions and suggestions.
